This Refund Policy covers AI Dev Simplified's approach to refunds for the various services offered, including but not limited to AI integration services, custom AI model training, virtual assistant creation, agent creation, and web scraping services.

AI Dev Simplified commits to a transparent and fair assessment of requests for refund under the following conditions:

 

Non-Delivery of Service: If for any reason we fail to deliver the agreed service, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of the work completed.

Service Not as Described: If our services are not as described on our website or as per the initial consultation, you may be eligible for a refund. Proof or detailed explanation of the claim must be submitted to our support team.

Major Defects: All our services are thoroughly tested before release. However, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our technical team's review. If we fail to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued.

Process for Requesting a Refund
